Or grey, particularly dark grey.
Just out from other Moo-maniacs about the Art Journal Journey blog. Their November challenge is Inspired by the Masters. There are some great pieces out there, so go check out.
This one's mine. Edvard Munch rules! That silent scream says it all, that's why I have no words for this page.
And these are my favourite colours for the Moo Mania challenge Favourite Colours.
Here is some more black with grey. My version of the tangle Seton for the Diva's Weekly Challenge #192.
Unfortunately, with all these, white has to be present. Definitely not a favourite, but, hey, this is why I scream on the inside.

Thank you so much Chrissie! Looking at what you and others have done for this art journal challenge is really inspiring.

ReplyDeleteI like your Munch, super black and white (and grey) drawing.
Thank you Sheila! That's exactly how I saw it.

Thank you!
DeleteI immediately saw pipes! Really ought to be rusty and crusty; I guess that's what I get for living with a plumber! The monochrome "Scream" really shows the concepts true colors. Both well done drawings. Have a brilliant day! c
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean, same here. I am itching to do this in rust/sanguine on tan and will if I get time. Thank you for your feedback!
DeleteThat's a pretty and original version of Seton!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteVery clever version of Seton. Your shading makes it feel like I could reach in and touch the pipe.
ReplyDeleteWow, thank you for your feedback! That's the effect I was hoping to achieve.
