Every Inchie Monday has Red as the keyword. I have never been here. Might get there, might not. I have Uluru (formerly known as Ayers Rock), which is smack bang in the centre of our red centre. One of the nicknames for Australia is Red Earth - our desert is cracked, dry red land, lots of it!

Beautiful idea for red. So expressive of Australia. Nicely drawn
ReplyDeleteThanks Kia!

DeleteYour little Ayers Rock is so lovely! Never made it to Australia tho' I have relatives in Tasmania & friends on the Gold Coast , maybe one day I'll get there & see it all for myself.
ReplyDeleteSally
Thanks Sally! Maybe you will, you have somewhere to stay.
DeleteBe careful what you offer, Zoe. There's lots of us who would LOVE to visit and what if we all show up on your doorstep at the same time? HAHA! Really though, it's nice to learn more about Australia. Great inchie and twinchie :)
ReplyDelete:):):) Oh I wasn't offering my place. Sally mentioned she has friends and relatives here. LOL
DeleteStill, if you get the chance, you should have a look around this country. And if you all show up here at the same time, we'll have an inchie-zentangle-quilling afternoon. Sounds good? :)
Oh you girls are making me laugh!!! I'm in!!!!! Australia, is a place I've always wanted to visit!! Mainly because, everybody, and I mean Everybody, I have ever met from Australia, is so friendly!. Sounds like fun! Anyway, I love these Inchie challenges, because we can all learn so much from each other. Zoe, I had never heard that name for Australia. Pretty interesting! Love your Inchie, and of course, I love your Twinchie!! Beautiful job! :0) Have a good week! Share Humanity
ReplyDeleteFor such a peaceful, friendly country, we have the most natural things that can kill you, like spiders, jelly fish...... just to start with. Still, come on down!
DeleteLike both of your entries. Yes, your choice for the twinchie is a very well known book.
ReplyDeleteThank you!
