Well, Zoe, I do see stripes in that one section of the top tile HAHA! It is nice anyway and I'm glad you shared it. However, that second one just is so amazing. I just love everything about it. Coil, curves, lacing, just so pretty!
I adore the Heart in the first Tile. Using it as a focus point and building your beautiful undulations outward is wonderful. It looks like strips to me. Your second Tile is so unique. Love how you applied your pattern to the scroll on just one face. Impeccable shading. Beautiful work.
Oh I just love both tiles. My favorites really are tiles that have lots to look at, lots of motion. The mobius strip heart is so great, and all the action surrounding it, including the MANY stripes! Your "roll" made me gasp, it is so well done. They both look like you had a lot of fun making them.
Wowza Zoe!!! Both pieces are just amazing!!! The top tile is full of so much detail, it is gorgeous!! And your wound up stripe is fantastic too! I can see you've been doing your Helen Williams homework!! Well, it shows! You totally executed that one!! (i really need to do more practicing with her books!) She's so awesome! Have wonderful weekend! Oh and thank you for all the kind words and sunshine you left on my blog!! Ciao for now! :0) Share Humanity
