This week, the keyword is Shell on Every Inchie Monday. I have a little open quilled shell with pearl minus the oyster.

Octopus

Who would have ever thought that, ugh, eek, yuck, an octopus would become so endearing and weave himself into many hearts?

During the 2010 soccer World Cup, Paul, the predicting octopus from Germany did just that. Half the world developed a soft spot for Paul. He has since passed away and I will remember him for ever. This is a picture of Paul in heaven feeling happy he was already there during the 2014 World Cup, so he doesn't have to witness Brazil lose to Germany 7:1.
