Human Snail

This week's Every Inchie Monday word is Snail. I studied anatomy and found the ear quite an easy part to learn, may it was good lecturing. Do you know what else is interesting - during our weekly tutorials at the university anatomy museum, the only thing that made me queasy were the minute bones from the middle ear. I remember when the lecturers brought them out in a tiny formaldehyde jar, I nearly fainted when I looked at them.
The inner ear, however, doesn't make me feel sick. The cochlea looks like a snail, so it's cute.

    1. Me too, too! I love doing all the research that comes with these inchies. I just can't help associate snails with inner ears.

  7. Oh Zoe, you are so cute!!! I knew right away what your Inchie was!! I had to study anatomy for massage therapy, acupressure and cranial sacral therapy, and those minute, little bones that you were talking about were very, very important. Your cochlea is perfect!!! Great thinking , my friend!!
You always put a smile on my face, Thank you!!!!!! (((hugs)))

Her name is Duchess, on the Diva challenge! She is a fellow quiller too!! I think it is awesome how all the arts are coming together!!! Pure Awesomeness!!!! :0) You are definitely an inspiration!!

    1. :) We're all cute :) I hope my own cochlea is perfect, not just the drawn one HAHAHA LOL. You put a simile on my face too. And thanks for telling me about Duchess. Had a look - unreal, isn't it. Working on a massive project for a competition now plus had to make some presents/cards back to back for various celebrations, so no time to draw, but I shall return....... sooner or later.
