Summer Camp

I don't like the time I live in. Would have liked to be an adult either in the 60's or in the far future, where all the Star Trek fantasies are realities. But I'm here, now and have an ATC ready for this week's homework on Wicked Wednesday - Summer Camp.

Chocolate Postcard

This week's topic on Sunday Postcard Art is Chocolate. I had to force myself to buy then eat a block of chocolate so that I could use the cover as background for the chocolate-coloured cardinal on my post card. Embellished with quilled coffee beans so that the bird doesn't go hungry. What a difficult topic - fancy that, being forced to eat chocolate!

Another ATC in the Set

Anthropomorphism, Wicked Wednesday's theme this week, what an interesting concept. A while back, I made a quilled hammer march from Pink Floyd's The Wall. This time I have the animated flowers from the same film.

Trying something new

Just discovered an interesting blog, whose format I'd like to try. - Sunday Postcard Art.
This week's theme is Wheels and here is my digital postcard (it's 6" by 4", I promise).

A New View

I have just ordered my very first seeing glasses. That's it, my fantastic 20-20 vision is a bit less now. I am really happy about getting my first glasses, just as I am about my salt & pepper hair - there is something noble about growing older.
So, for this month's topic Alles geht mit opt. Fotoinspiration (Anything Goes with Option Photoinspiration) on ATC Around the World, I have rose-coloured glasses. I will probably still see the greyness of life (because grey is beautiful), but working on my crafts will become much easier.

Для развивающихся умов и тел нужно топливо, а ещё, чтобы обмениваться бутербродами на переменах.
